GAP GREEN ADVANCED PANEL PROJECT

 

 

In 2005, DUFIEUX Industrie has developped the MMS (Milling Mirror System) in order to suggest a mechanical alternative to double curvature fuselage panel chemical machining.

 

This process was born with AIRBUS Aerolia's will to bring a "Greener, Faster, Cheaper" solution and DUFIEUX Industrie's capactiy to develop this innovative process thanks to Life, the financial instrument for environment of the European Commission.

 

"LEAN WORKSHOP" PROJECT

 

DUFIEUX Industrie has  contributed to the "LEAN" analysis of some of its customers' workshop.These works have led us to suggest new machine solutions,  a higher performance workshop organization  and innovative realization processes.

 

The video shows the chosen solution to cope with the high transportation costs of some parts such as wheels or turbines for hydraulic control.

"ZERO CIVIL ENGINEERING" PROJECT

 

Thanks to the cost analysis of a machine integration in one of our customers' worskshop, we suggest Machining Machines such as Vertical Lathes without civil engineering. 

 

The objective is to reduce our customer global costs as well as to offer more flexibility as reorganizing their workshop.
