DUFIEUX Industrie offers several ranges of milling machines.

Our large dimension (X up to 20m) milling machines are devoted to soft and hard metal machining and/or high speed milling. They can integrate 3,5,6 or 12 axes. Four types of milling machines are available :

• Range PERFOM PM - Mobile Gantry

• Range PERFORM TM - Mobile Table

• Range PERFORM TH - High Crossrail

• Range PERFORM BH - Horizontal Spindle

DUFIEUX Industrie offers two ranges of lathes.

The PERFORM TV range gathers vertical lathes and milling lathes. Their design is adapted to metal machining (hard and soft metals). Plate diameters start from 1500 mm up to 7000mm and more. The milling function (3 or 5 axes) is available on all sizes and configurations (with or without an Y axis).

The PERFORM TPL range gathers parallel lathes. They are mainly dedicated to heavy and large dimension parts in the sectors of energy and steel industry. This type of lathe allow precised parts machining : from 4500mm diameter, 20m lenght and 300 tons weight. The number of machining carriages depend on the level of productivity required.The milling function is available on all sizes.

DUFIEUX Industrie provides two types of surface grinding machines :

• The PERFORM THR Range machine (with a horizontal axis) is frequently used to roll mill roll grinding.

• The PERFORM TVR Range (with a vertical axis) is aimed at high dimension bearing grinding or race ring grinding.

DUFIEUX Industrie PERFORM BOR Boring machines are equipped with mobile tool and parts or with a fixed tool depending on the size of the pieces to manufacture.

Boring diameters can reach 2800mm and more than 24m length.

The PERFORM MS range gathers machines dedicated to aeronautics for drilling associated with blind riveting (actuator) and machines dedicated to rail drilling.

Even though the structure and use of these two machines are very different from one another they both offer a high level of productivity to the user.

Since the creation of DUFIEUX Industrie, various in situ machining applications have been  developped especially to answer the high dimension parts requirements of our customers as well as to guarantee flexibility.
