High speed Actuators


These actuators are dedicated to high speed and high dynamic applications such as:
  • Aluminium High Speed Machining
  • Composite routing
  • 5 Axes finishing machine

They are built with:
  • Mecanowelded structure
  • Linear motion guide

And:
  • Driven by linear motor, or by rack and pinions with electronic preload or by large
    lead ball screw
  • Measurement by pressurized linear scale

High stifness Actuators


They are dedicated to high density chip removal applications and/or hard metals. Elements are designed with:
  • A cast iron structure or, a concrete structure or, a strong mecanowelded structure,
  • A combined or a hydraustatic guide
  • Ball Screw or Rack ans Pinions (Electronic preload)
  • Measurement by linear scale or encoders
  • Driven by linear motor, or by rack and pinions with electronic preload or by large lead ball screw
